Shipping Policy

Domestic (国内) :

付款后72小时内发货，默认普通快递，如需使用顺丰，请私信联系。

International: 

  • Base in China, we ship worldwide! Ship in 7 days after order is made.

  • 2 optional shipments:

- Regular Post, generally it takes 10-15 days to Asia , 15-20 days to USA/Europe etc..   slight delay is normal, we'll provide tracking number. I go to post office to ship out the               clothes every weekend.

- DHL: generally it takes 3-7 days to Asia, USA and Europe etc., slight delay is normal.                DHL will pick up the parcels in working days (from Monday to Friday).

 

PS: please note that I'm not responsible for damage after the parcel is sent out.

Return & Exchange Policy

We believe to give you a great customer experience every time you shop with us, but considering the fact that same product cannot be used by other customers upon return due to hygiene factors, we don’t accept exchange or return of the products once sold or delivered.
